TIPS FOR SELLING YOUR HOME

The first thing to note is the showing desk is not in their office, it is often out of state and even out of the country. YIKES!!! Well that is nothing... Then the showing desk gives out a lockbox code to a lockbox on your door where a stranger can enter your home to vioew the property WITHOUT your listing agent even there. DOUBLE YIKES!!! Now not only to you have a stranger in your house, who is looking out for your interest. What if it is a real buyer that is truely interested? No one is there to show them the lot line, to tell them how old the roof or furnace is, and no one is there to tell them about the things that makes your home special.

NOT WITH US!!! We are there to show your home. Whether it be another Realtor or a potential buyer. I set up the showing, I go to your house to let them in, and i stay with them and you through all aspects of the Real Estate transaction.
