The Godzyk Realty Group is expanding... After a year hiatus, The Godzyk Realty Group is now once again assisting people with selling and purchasing homes in the Ledgewood Adult Community. We have begun to receive a number of calls for assistance in the Ledgewood Community. Having switched to exclusively working with bank owned homes, we have made the decision to come back to the community where we assisted with virtually all the sales in Ledgewood from 2003-2007. With selling virtually all bank owned homes in 2008, the market for Adult Communities is growing from the 2008 low.
We strive to provide Ledgewood home owners with the best possible personal and professional service. If you are thinking of selling your home in Ledgewood, please contact us for assistance. Since 2003 we had sponsored and held such events as the Ledgewood Summer Luau, Christmas party, Easter egg hunt, Halloween party and parade, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casino trips, A carribean cruise, afternoon teas, luncheons and the Ledgewood choir. We always look forward the letters and cards that are filled with the pictures of our old and new friends.
